Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders Through Career Development Programs

Our youth community center on the second floor provides comprehensive career development and leadership opportunities for students throughout Michigan and Wisconsin.

Youth Programs

Starting in 2026, we will launch an innovative career development training program designed by our experienced training team, featuring career planning workshops, major selection guidance, and hands-on interviewing skills development.

Training Workshops

The Youth Center will host a variety of learning experiences designed to empower students and families with knowledge about future opportunities.

Workforce Development & Career Education

These presentations support youth and families as they explore:

Student Training

Students will have access to evidence-based curriculum covering:

  • Leadership Academy
  • Career Launch
  • Bully Prevention

Training manuals will support structured learning to build strong personal and academic foundations.

Volunteer Training

Students 13 and older, along with adults, may participate in volunteer training events featuring topics such as:

  • Volunteering foundations
  • First aid
  • CPR and more essential skills for community involvement.
  • Average 50 volunteers per year
  • Senior Volunteers eligible for scholarships
  • Help with room organizing
  • Assist with Career Launch Activities
  • Prepare rooms and monitor play
  • Key school and community event leaders

National Training Sessions

Recognized national trainers will lead sessions offering valuable insights for adults—especially parents of young children and adolescents—covering essential topics for supporting youth development.

Saturday Activities

The Youth Center will host a variety of Saturday activities for students and families.

Saturday Afternoon Clubs

Students in grades 4–12 will be invited to join engaging, interest-based clubs held on Saturday afternoons. Each club will be guided by dedicated adult advisors and will take place in the second-floor club rooms.
